Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination Package is for the bride who desires to have full engagement with the vendors but may not have the resources or know-how to put all the parts together for their big day. This package allows the bride to plan the majority of the wedding with assistance from one of our lead wedding coordinators at Camvis'.

The Partial Wedding Planning Package includes everything that is offered in the "Day of" Wedding Management Package and more. With this package, you'll receive multiple planning sessions that can start months prior to your special day.

Day of Coordination is a great fit for couples with plenty of time to handle the design, budget, and vendor selection, but need a planner on board to advise and manage the logistics. It’s similar to a month -of-coordination, but comes with a little support along the way: a kickoff meeting and monthly check-ins from the moment you book with us. At 6-8 weeks out, we’ll start working on the event logistics (timeline, ceremony plan, and floor plan). Some clients add venue search assistance or design board creation to this package as well.

Diving into the venue search can be an overwhelming task, but we are here to help! Venue search assistance includes one venue consultation as well as research, venue recommendations, assistance scheduling tours, a list of questions to ask at each tour, communication, contract review, and making a pro/con list to help you organize the info! This can be purchased on its own or you could add it to any of our planning packages.
